ABOUT CP (they/them)
I’m Courtney Paige Harrough (they/them), but you can call me CP! As a therapist, educator, and advocate, my approach is rooted in empathy, embodiment, and empowerment. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore emotions, build self-understanding, and develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I believe in the power of collaboration—you're the expert in your life, and my role is to support your growth through personalized, trauma-informed care. By integrating mind-body practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and somatic therapy, I help clients reconnect with themselves and move toward healing at their own pace.
With over seven years of experience in sexual health education, survivor advocacy, and community work, I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals, trauma survivors, and those exploring self-identity, relationships, and personal empowerment. My passion lies in helping clients break free from limiting beliefs, process past experiences, and build a life that aligns with their values. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or relational struggles, my goal is to offer a compassionate and affirming space where healing and self-discovery can thrive.
