Job Opportunity: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Adjust Mental Health is currently seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments, to determine the appropriate treatment plan for each patient.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, monitoring response and adjusting dosages as necessary.

• Provide supportive therapy and reinforcement of non-pharmacological interventions to individuals and their caretakers.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and symptom management strategies.

• Take an active role in promotion of mental health and wellness through community outreach, education, and advocacy efforts.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

• Active Indiana state licensing as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Proven experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• In-depth knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish therapeutic relationships with diverse populations.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
