Licensed Therapist Job Opportunity
Job Description:

Adjust Mental Health is dedicated to providing accessible and high-quality therapy services to individuals from all walks of life. We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving mental well-being.

As a Licensed Therapist at Adjust Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to provide therapy sessions remotely or in the office. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy interventions to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments to gather client background information and formulate diagnosis

  • Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client

  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address various mental health concerns

  • Document client progress, treatment outcomes, and maintain accurate records

  • Conduct regular therapy sessions via video or in-person, adhering to scheduled appointments

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and mental health professionals

  • Continuously stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

  • Current and active license as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

  • Expertise and/or appropriate certification in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and specialized modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms and technology

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
